1. Support Coverage

Support may include:

Bug fixing
Technical guidance
Minor issue resolution
Basic maintenance support
2. Free Support Duration

Free support duration depends on the selected package or project agreement.

After the support period expires:

Paid maintenance/support plans may apply
3. What Is Not Included

Free support does NOT include:

Major feature development
Full redesign requests
Third-party software issues
Client-caused damages
Server management unless agreed
4. Support Availability

Support hours:
🕘 Saturday – Thursday
10:00 AM – 8:00 PM (Bangladesh Time)

Emergency support availability may vary.

Payment Policy

This Payment Policy explains the payment structure and conditions for all services provided by Zendip IT Solution.

1. Advance Payment

Projects require advance payment before work begins.

Depending on the project:

50%–80% advance may be required
Full payment may be required for smaller projects
2. Final Payment

Final files, credentials, source code, deployment, or ownership transfer will only be provided after complete payment clearance.

3. Payment Methods

Mobile Banking
Online Payment Gateways
International Transfers
4. Late Payments

Delayed payments may result in:

Project suspension
Delivery delays
Service interruption

Zendip IT Solution reserves the right to stop work until dues are cleared.
