Any additional features or changes requested after project approval may require extra charges and additional delivery time.
4. Payment Terms
All payments must be made on time
Advance payments are mandatory for project confirmation
Payments made are generally non-refundable
Final files, source codes, credentials, or project delivery may be withheld until full payment is completed
Zendip IT Solution reserves the right to suspend or terminate services for unpaid invoices or payment delays.
5. Refund Policy
All services provided by Zendip IT Solution are digital and customized in nature.
Therefore:
Payments are generally non-refundable
No refund will be provided once work has started
Advance payments are strictly non-refundable

6. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for:
Providing accurate project information
Supplying necessary files, documents, and content
Maintaining proper communication
Reviewing and approving work on time
Zendip IT Solution will not be responsible for delays caused by lack of communication or incomplete information from the client.
7. Revisions & Support
We provide revisions according to the agreed project scope.
Additional revisions or extra features outside the original agreement may require additional charges.
Support duration and maintenance services depend on the selected package or written agreement.
8. Intellectual Property Rights
All designs, codes, graphics, and project materials remain the property of Zendip IT Solution until full payment is completed
Unauthorized copying, reselling, or redistribution of our work is prohibited
We reserve the right to display completed projects in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed
After full payment, ownership rights may be transferred to the client based on project agreement.
9. Third-Party Services
Some services may depend on third-party platforms such as:

Third-party platform changes
Account restrictions
Service interruptions

Clients use our services at their own discretion and risk.
13. Project Cancellation
If a client cancels a project after work has started:
Payments made will remain non-refundable
Ongoing work may be stopped immediately
Completed work may not be delivered until pending dues are cleared
Zendip IT Solution reserves the right to cancel projects involving abusive behavior, illegal activities, or policy violations.

Client information and project data are handled with professionalism and confidentiality.
