By purchasing any service from Zendip IT Solution, you agree to the terms mentioned below.
1. General Cancellation Policy
All projects and digital services offered by Zendip IT Solution are customized and resource-based. Therefore, once a project or service has been confirmed and work has started, cancellation requests are subject to strict conditions.
2. Advance Payments Are Non-Refundable
To begin any project or service, clients are required to make an advance payment.
Please note:
All advance payments are strictly non-refundable
Advance payments are used for project planning, team allocation, research, and development preparation
No refund will be issued after payment confirmation
3. Cancellation Before Work Starts
If a client requests cancellation before any work has officially started, Zendip IT Solution may review the request.
However:
Payment gateway charges, consultation fees, and administrative costs may still be deducted
Final approval depends entirely on company management
4. Cancellation After Work Starts
Once project work, development, design, marketing, research, or technical setup has started:
✅ No cancellation will be accepted
✅ No refund will be provided
✅ Remaining dues may still apply depending on completed work

5. Client Delays & Inactivity
If a client:
Fails to provide required materials
Stops communication
Delays approvals or responses
Becomes inactive for an extended period
Zendip IT Solution reserves the right to:
Put the project on hold
Reschedule delivery timelines
Close the project temporarily or permanently
No refund or compensation will be provided for delays caused by client inactivity.
6. Change of Mind Policy
Cancellation requests will not be accepted if:
The client changes their mind
The business plan changes
The client no longer needs the service
The client hires another company
The client misunderstands the service after confirmation
Clients are encouraged to fully understand the service before placing an order.
7. Subscription & Marketing Services
For ongoing services such as:
SEO
Facebook Marketing
Social Media Management
Advertising Campaigns
Monthly Maintenance
Clients must notify us before the next billing cycle if they wish to stop future service renewals.
Already processed payments are non-refundable.
8. Project Abandonment
If the client abandons the project for more than 30 days without communication:
Zendip IT Solution may terminate the project
Files, backups, or resources may be removed from our systems
Restarting the project may require additional charges
9. Company Rights
Zendip IT Solution reserves the right to cancel or refuse any project if:
The client behaves abusively or unprofessionally
Illegal or unethical activities are involved
False information is provided
Payments are delayed excessively
The project violates company policies
In such cases:
No refund will be issued
All work completed remains company property until dues are cleared
10. Intellectual Property & Ownership
If a project is canceled before full payment:
Zendip IT Solution retains ownership of all codes, designs, files, graphics, and materials
Clients may not use unfinished or unpaid work without written permission
Unauthorized use may result in legal action.
11. Exceptions
Cancellation or refund exceptions may only be considered if:
Zendip IT Solution is completely unable to begin the project
Duplicate payments were made accidentally
The issue is directly caused by our company and approved by management
All decisions regarding exceptions are final.
