By purchasing any service from Zendip IT Solution, you agree to the terms outlined below.
1. General Policy
Zendip IT Solution provides customized digital services including website development, software development, digital marketing, graphics design, Facebook marketing, SEO, and related IT solutions.
Because our services involve time, expertise, planning, research, and digital labor, all payments made are generally non-refundable.
2. No Refund After Work Starts
Once a project, service, campaign, design, development process, or digital work has started, no refund request will be accepted under any circumstances.
This includes:
Website Development
Software Development
Laravel Projects
WordPress Websites
POS Software
Mobile App Development
Digital Marketing
Facebook Marketing
SEO Services
Graphics Design
Facebook Verification Services
Custom IT Solutions
3. Advance Payments
All advance or milestone payments are considered confirmation of the project and are strictly non-refundable.
Advance payments are used for:
Project planning
Resource allocation
Team scheduling
Research & development
Initial setup and service preparation
Therefore, advance payments cannot be returned once received.
4. Client Responsibility
Clients are responsible for providing:
Correct project requirements
Necessary documents and content
Proper communication and feedback
Timely approvals and responses
Zendip IT Solution will not be responsible for delays, dissatisfaction, or project issues caused by incomplete information or lack of communication from the client side.
5. Change of Mind Policy
Refunds will not be provided if:
The client changes their mind
The client no longer wants the service
The business plan changes
The client finds another provider
Delays occur due to the client
The client fails to cooperate during the project
6. Service Satisfaction
Zendip IT Solution always works professionally to ensure client satisfaction. We provide revisions and support according to the agreed project scope.
However, dissatisfaction based on personal preference or expectations beyond the agreed scope does not qualify for a refund.
7. Digital Marketing & SEO Services
Digital marketing, Facebook marketing, SEO, and promotional services depend on many external factors including platform algorithms, competition, audience behavior, and third-party systems.
Therefore:
We do not guarantee specific sales or ranking positions
Marketing payments are non-refundable
Advertising budgets paid to platforms are non-refundable
8. Facebook Verification Services
Facebook or Meta verification decisions are controlled entirely by Meta Platforms Inc.
Zendip IT Solution only provides assistance and guidance during the verification process. Final approval depends solely on Facebook/Meta policies.
Therefore:
Verification service charges are non-refundable
No guarantee of approval is provided unless specifically agreed in writing
9. Project Cancellation
If a client cancels a project after work has started:
All payments made will remain non-refundable
Zendip IT Solution reserves the right to stop all ongoing work immediately
Any completed work may remain the property of Zendip IT Solution until full payment is completed
10. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
Clients agree not to initiate unjustified chargebacks or payment disputes after purchasing services.
In case of fraudulent disputes:
Zendip IT Solution reserves the right to suspend services
Legal action may be taken if necessary
Additional recovery and legal costs may apply
11. Exceptions
Refunds may only be considered if:
Zendip IT Solution is completely unable to start the service
A duplicate payment was made accidentally
The issue is clearly caused by our side and approved by management
Any refund approval is entirely at the discretion of Zendip IT Solution management.
