2. Client Responsibilities

Login credentials (if needed)

Project delays caused by incomplete information from the client side are not the responsibility of Zendip IT Solution.
3. Revision Process
We provide revisions according to the agreed project scope.

Unlimited revisions are not included unless specifically agreed
Additional features or major changes may require extra charges and additional time

Email delivery
Hosting setup
Final delivery will be completed after full payment clearance.
5. Delays & Force Majeure
Zendip IT Solution shall not be held responsible for delays caused by:

Hosting/server issues
Internet outages
Government restrictions
Natural disasters
